Winter is upon us (Left-over Roasting Joint)


Chunked Beef Casserole, in an effort for no food waste, save left over roasting Joints to make the most delicious Slow Cooked Casserole ever,


Prepare it the night before, put the Casserole dish in the fridge over night, Set it off before you go to work and it's ready for when you get home, and the smell when you get home is amazing,


Beef Casserole is made from a roasting Beef Joint Chunked, Seasoning Vegetables of your choice,


I used Baby Potato, Carrots, Peas, Red & white Onion, Garlic Cloves as many as you like, and a large glass of Red Wine, that's optional,


Herbs are added to taste, around 1tblsp, i used Marjoram, Basil, Oregano, Thym, Two Beef Stock Pot's and a little beef Bouillon to thicken it at the end, plenty of Cracked Black Pepper, Sea Salt, it's a real hearty and healthy meal,


Slow cooker for 4 hours on high or 8 hour on low, the slow cooker doesn't use much energy at all and is great for saving energy,


This can be served in a Yorkshire Pudding as a bowl just to make it extra delicious.
