Upside-down Cottage Pie (Cast Iron Skillet)
Garlic Butter Cheddar Infused Parsley Mashed Potato, Minced Beef & Onion Filling,
Topped with Lashings of Cheddar
Served with Buttered Garden Peas Obviously.
Now this has to be one of my favourite dishes,
It's a total game changer when it comes to Cottage Pie,
The Mashed Potato become all creamy as they cook against the sides of the skillet, absolutely delicious.

Directions
Make a bowl out of your Mashed Potato, push it up the sides of the skillet,

Now fill the middle with the beef and onion filling, top with Cheddar,

Now pipe all the way around the outside with Mashed Potato.

Place it in the oven at 200ºC for around 20mins or until it's golden brown and bubbling.
Serve with butter peas and enjoy 😉
