The Ultimate Slow Cooker Steak. (6 hours)


Salmon Cut Steak, Served on a bed of Parsley Mashed Potato,


Beef Dripping Yorkshire Pudding, Cabbage and Carrots, Covered in Lashings of Steak Gravy.


Total cost £14.55 that's for 8 Portions at £1.81 per person, its a great price if you are on a budget.


now i did get 12 steaks out of the joint of meat, thats only £1.25 per Steak, so I've based my price on feeding 8 people as I was, so I had 4 steaks left over for another day.


now I feed alot of people, so adjust your ingredients accordingly, its obvious cheaper the less you buy.


This was absolutely delicious, the Steak just fell apart, and the Gravy was next level.


Ingredients

8 x Salmon Cut Steaks (Salmon Roast)

I actually got 12 out of this joint of meat

8 x Beef Dripping Yorkshire Puddings

6 x Carrots

2 x Knorr Beef Stock Pot's

2 x White Onion

1.5 litre of water

2.5kg Potatoes

1 x tblsp Garlic Purée

½ tspn Coriander Seeds

½ tspn Paprika

½ tspn Chilli Flakes

½ tspn Cumin seeds

1 tspn Tomato Puree

½ tspn Onion Flakes

1 tspn Sea Salt

½ tspn Cracked Black Pepper

½ tspn Basil

½ tspn Marjoram

½ tspn Oregano

½ Thyme



I personally prefer buying a salmon Cut joint of meat, and cut it into steaks myself, you get far more for your money.


Rub the herbs and spices all over your Steak add to the crock pot, add the vegetables, these will dissolve and turn into Gravy.


Add the beef stock and water, cover and wait

Stir it half way through. set it on high for 6 hours,


Season to taste.


This was absolutely delicious, the steak just fell a part, and the Gravy was next level.
