Quad Stacked Smash Burgers, With Turkey Bacon & American Cheese & Roast Garlic.


Served with Caramelised Fries Onions, Juicey fresh Tomato Lettuce and Red Onion.


Garlic Butter Parsley Curly Fries.


A side of Tennessee whiskey BBQ Beans and

Creamy Coleslaw.


Total cost £8.96, I made 4 Portions at £2.24 per person, it's definitely a great alternative to takeaway & much cheaper.


4 x super thin patties with added salt pepper. Roast garlic, simply make a small Meatball,


Squash them as flat in a hot Skillet, cook for 3 minutes on medium heat, on one side,


flip them add a slice of American Cheese to each patty, cover with a lid for 3 more minutes.


Stack your Burgers as high as you want and enjoy.


Ingredients:

- 1kg ground beef 5% fat

- 2 cloves of roasted garlic, smashed

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Hamburger buns

- Cheese slices of your choice American is best

- Condiments and toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onions, etc.)


Instructions:

1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

2. Divide the ground beef into equal portions and shape them into balls. Season each ball with salt and pepper.

3. Place a ball of seasoned ground beef onto the skillet and use a flat spatula to smash it down to form a thin patty.

4. Cook each patty for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

5. While the patties are cooking, smash the roasted garlic cloves with a fork and mix them into the meat.

6. Once the patties are cooked, top each one with a slice of cheese and allow it to melt slightly.

7. Toast the hamburger buns on the skillet until they are lightly browned.

8. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the toasted buns and adding your favorite condiments and toppings.

9. Serve the thin roast garlic smash burgers hot and enjoy!
