Skillet 14 inch Pizza, Italian Seared Garlic Butter Meatballs, Garlic & Italian Herb Passata, Topped with Mozzarella & Two Cheddars.
Then Brushed with Garlic Butter.
The Meatballs were fried in Garlic Butter, with Tomato Purée, Garlic Purée, Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper with half a teaspoon of Italian mixed herbs.
Pizza base was coated in flour, into the Skillet. Lashings of Passata, Meatballs, and topped with Mozzarella and Cheddar.
Cooking in the bottom of the oven for around 30mins at 200ºC
It's absolutely the best 👌 Pizza I've ever made 😋
