Absolutely delicious, leave to marinade for at least 4 hours,
you don't have to use a rotisserie like I did, you can just use 3 potatoes and some skewers, around an hour and a half in the oven at 180ºC
Total cost £20 this will feed 6 people, thats only £3 per porttion and there's plenty of Chicken left over for Wraps for another day,
I served it in a Pitta with Mixed Leaf Salad, Parmesan Cheese and Tzatziki Sauce,
Honestly give it a try its delicious
Ingredients
2 cups yogurt
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
8 cloves of garlic (Blended)
1 tsp ground sumac
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 small onion, (Blended)
Fresh ground pepper
Kosher salt
Chicken thighs (as many as you’d like to make/marinate)
This is so simple mix everything over the Chicken Thigh Meat, leave to marinade,
Once ready add to the Rotisserie or the skewers, at 180ºC for 1½ hours or until fully cooked, serve straight away,
