Roast Chicken & Lincolnshire Sausage Pie, (Resurrection Pie)
So in an effort for absolutely zero food waste,
Save left-over food from any Roast Dinner you may have,
Cost of this dish is £0 I got 3 Portions from this left over food,
Place the left-over food in a microwave safe container with the lid lightly over the top,
Heat the food until its piping hot, its takes usually around 8 mins,
Layer you Pie dishes with the meat and any vegetables you have left poor over some gravy, make sure to fill them up,
Cover with mash Garnish with Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper and Parsley,
Add Cheddar and Grill or oven bake at 200ºC until Golden Brown and Bubbling, it's a delicious lunchtime alternative and will also keep in the fridge for upto 3 days.
