Roast Beef & Roast Potato Pie, Bubble & Squeak Mashed Potato, Cheddar Topped,
Now in an effort for zero waste, I'm making a different version of Resurrection Pie,
It's so simple, completely made from left over Roast dinner, and it's Completely FREE,
Simply Chop the Roast Beef and the Roast Potatoes add them to 1ltr of Onion Gravy,
Warm through the Mashed Potato and the Vegetables, mix them together, season if required,
Fill your Casserole Pot's with the meat and potatoes, top with the Bubble & Squeak, Lashings of Cheddar, Pop under the grill, until it's Golden brown and Bubbling,
Serve immediately.
