Pea Soup with Sautéed Onion, Celery, Cabbage & Green Peppers,
This is a simple soup everything is Cooked in Garlic Butter and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian mixed herbs,
It's a Super Healthy Soup and it's absolutely delicious,
Served with dipping Garlic Breads Simple delicious lunchtime snack 😋 Just sharing idea's
Ingredients
900g Garden Peas
1 x Cabbage white Cabbage, but any will do,
1 x Head of Celery
1 x Large Onion
1 x Large Green Pepper
1 x Large Potato
2 x Knorr Vegetable stock pot's
1½ tspn Italian mixed herbs
½ tspn of each Sea salt Cracked Black Pepper
1 tblsp Lazy Garlic
2 x tblsp Parsley
2 tblsp Salted Butter
1 tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.5ltr Boiling water
Directions
Add Butter and Garlic to a large pan, add the Cabbage celery, pepper and potato, fry gently until completely Caramelised and soft, add Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper,
Now add 1.5ltr of vegetable stock bring to a gentle simmer, add the full bag of garden peas, and the Parsley
Simmer for 20 minutes until soft, now it's time to blend,
Add more Seasoning if required, add a tblsp of Butter and stir to make it creamy serve with dipping Garlic Breads,
