No-Rise Pizza Dough Recipe
Special Garlic Bread Supreme One Pan Skillet Pizza. With Italian Herb Garlic Butter Crust.
With Lashings of Parmigiano Reggiano
Home-made Pizza in 30 minutes
Now this pizza doesn't require any rising time, everything simply goes into a cast iron Skillet or oven proof frying pan.
Then you pace it in the oven at 200ºC until the Crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
It has a very similar texture to focaccia bread and is absolutely delicious to share.
It's simple it's delicious, it's Cheap.
Ingredients
Pizza dough
150g Plain or all-purpose flour
1 - tblsp olive oil for the dough
2 tblsp olive oil for the pan
1- tspn salt
1- tspn Baking Powder
½ - tspn sugar
½ - tspn Basil
½ - tspn Oregano
Parsley for garnish
100ml water
Garlic Butter
1 tbsp butter
1 heaped tspn garlic purée
1 tblsp Parsley
Microwave for 30 seconds
Pizza topping
150g Grated Mozzarella
100g Red Cheddar
200g Garlic Passata.
Lashings of Parmigiano Reggiano
Directions
Start by putting your oven to 200ºC
Now in a large mixing bowl add all your dough ingredients, mix well to combine.
Flour your work surface tip out your dough and knead for a few minutes,
Shape into a circle to fill your Skillet and roll the sides over.
Add the Olive Oil to your Skillet and brush all over the pan.
Add your dough to the pan, now brush all over with your Garlic Butter, add your Passata and Cheddar.
Garnish with Parsley or any other herbs you enjoy.
Place it in the oven until the Crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Serve straight away, easy one pan no rise Pizza.
