Nando's Peri Peri Chicken with Tandoori Spice, Served with Garlic Butter Herb Rice, Deep Fried Skins on Chips/Fries, side Salad and lashings of Sour Cream,


Total cost £10.58 that's £2.64 per person, for 4 people, the Chickens are large so you could easily feed six people that takes it to £1.76 per person,


Directions Chicken


Start with the Spatchcock/Butterfly Chicken, buy them whole and Spatchcock them yourself it works out cheaper,


Brush over liberaly with the Peri Peri and Tandoori Spice, Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper,


Ideally leave them in the fridge to marinade all day but 2 hours minimum is fine,


Cover with Foil place them in the oven at 180ºC for 1 hour then uncovered for 30mins at 200°C or until golden brown, add more Peri Peri sauce if required,


Or you can use the air fryer 20mins on each side at 180°C the air fryer with make the Chicken skin crispy,


Directions rice


Boil the white Rice once cooked drain add two tblsp butter 1tbsp garlic purée and 1tsp Mixed herbs, ingredients Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme,


The Chips/Fries are simply washed chopped with the skins on and deep fried, at 165ºC with plenty of Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, and Smoked Paprika optional,


You could add some Tortilla and make wraps or Gyros, fill them with Chicken Chips and Salad the option are endless.
