My Perfect Yorkshire Pudding Recipe, Every Single Time,


I love making Yorkshire Puddings as im a proud Yorkshire Man, so I thought I would share my recipe, I've made them this way for over 25 years and perfect every time,


Ingredients


180g Plain Flour

300ml Whole Milk

2 x Large Eggs

1tbsp Sage (Optional)

1tbsp Onion Powder (Optional)

1 x Beef Stock Cube (Optional)

Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper, a generous grind of both,


Preheat the oven to 220°C

Add Olive Oil or Beef Fat to your Pudding trays,



enough to completely coat the bottom of each tray,


Place them in the oven, top shelf, Combine all ingredients using a blender, once the oil is slightly smoking add the batter,


Make sure you fill to the very top, And the most important part be patient, never open the oven door to check as they will sink,


Allow them to grow really tall and crisp up around the edges before removing,
