My easy 20 min Airfryer Soup
Carrot & Coriander Soup, with Jumbo Garlic Butter, Parsley, Cheddar Cross Rolls.
Now this is one of the easiest Soups you will ever make, it's Delicious and Nutritious 😋
Simply add your vegetables garlic salt and pepper to the Airfryer with Butter & Olive Oil, set it to max crisp for 20 minutes, that's 240°C stirring occasionally,
Once you reach the 15 minute mark, add your Chicken or Vegetable Stock, and close it back up for the remaining 5 minutes.
At the same time put your Garlic Butter Cheddar Rolls in the next Airfryer set for 5 minutes at 200ºC
Garlic Butter Cheddar Rolls.
Melt 1 tblsp of Butter with Garlic Purée and Parsley into a bowl, cut the Bread Rolls into a cross, Dip them into the melted Butter,
Stuff them with Cheddar and pop them into the Airfryer for 5 Minutes.
Blend your soup, season to taste, add Cheddar Sprinkle on some Coriander to serve 😋
