My 30 minutes Ultimate Gooey Serve Hot Chocolate Brownie, Served With side of Custard, or Ice-cream,
10 minutes preparation, 20 minutes bake, so simple to make no effort at all, everything literally goes into one bowl, mix well then straight into the oven,
Allow to stand if you want it firm, as it will continue to cook on the side as it cools,
Or Serve straight away if you like it runny,
I love mine with Custard, but it's also delicious with ice cream,
Ingredients
2 cups white sugar or 400g
1 ½ cups plain flour or 180g
1 cup butter, melted or 227g
4 eggs
½ cup cocoa powder or 50g
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 Bar Dark Cooking Chocolate
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan
Mix sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with Dark Chocolate Chunks,
Bake in the preheated oven until top is dry and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes, allow a longer Cook time if you want it less runny, cool before slicing
