My 10 Minute Garlic Butter Mushroom Soup, Chunky or Smooth,

Now this is so simple to make and absolutely delicious,

Ingredients

400g Closed Cup Mushrooms

1 x Large White Onion

3 x Garlic Cloves Minced

2 x tblsp Plain Flour

2 x tblsp Butter

½ tblsp Parsley to Garnish

1 x litre Whole Milk

¼ tspn Sea Salt

¼ tspn Cracked Black Pepper

Directions

Dice the Onions, Chop the Mushrooms in half, add the Butter Garlic, Salt and Pepper to a large pan, once hot add the mushrooms and Onion,

Constantly stir until soft and Caramelised, add two tblsp of plain flour, combine until it's been absorbed, do not burn it,

Now start adding the milk a little at a time, when you reach the consistency you like remove from the heat,

It's ready to serve add more salt and pepper if required,

If you want it smooth just hand blend to your desired consistency, you can also add more milk if required,

It's simple it's delicious and it only takes 10 minutes,
