Mexican Beef Wraps,
Covered in Home Made Double Smoke Nacho Cheese Sauce, Topped with Crunchy Nachos, and wrapped in a Tortilla, Oven Baked, for 10 minutes topped with a sprinkle of Cheddar,
Double Smoke Nacho Cheese Sauce,
Ingredients
1kg Ground Beef
30g Taco Seasoning
1 tblsp lazy Garlic
½ tspn Sea Salt
½ tspn Cracked Black Pepper
200g Tortilla Chip's
100g Cheddar
The Beef
start by frying the beef in a little olive oil, for around 20 minutes until it completely falls apart and crumbles, now add all your seasonings stir for a few more minutes,
Or if you would like to make your own seasoning combine ½ tspn Chilli, Salt, Cumin, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper, Oregano, around ½ tspn of each mixed together will get the same result,
fill your wraps with the beef Tortilla chips, and Double Smoke Nacho Cheese Sauce, wrap them tightly,
place on a baking tray, cover with Cheddar pop them in the oven at 200ºC for around 10mins, or in the airfryer for 5 minutes
The Double Smoke Nacho Cheese Sauce
So start by making a Béchamel Sauce, 1 tblsp Butter, bring to a boil,
Now add 1 tblsp Plain Flour, combine until its a paste,
slowly add the milk until you get a creamy texture, a creamy white sauce, then added 200g Cheddar, and one tblsp Double Smoke BBQ Rub or Smoked Paprika, Salt and Pepper to taste, add a little more milk for a runny Béchamel Sauce,
Served with a side of Cajan Spiced Fries, and Obviously a Side of the Double Smoke Nacho Cheese Sauce, Just sharing idea's
