Malted Fruit Loaf

(I'm way to lazy to make Dough)

I love making different Bread infusions, experimenting is key to success,

So I decided to add Raisins, Cranberries, and Cinnamon to a malted loaf mix 500g, the outcome was delicious and the smell was amazing,

I've seriously made the most delicious fluffy Cinnamon smelling bread ever, infused with Cranberries and Raisins,

I used half a bag of the mixed fruit and 1tsp of Cinnamon,

Toasted with lashings of Butter it's delicious,

It's worth experimenting keep cooking Folk's.
