Kentucky Habanero Whisky Hot Sauce Chicken, Topped with Cheddar, Garlic Butter, Cheddar Baked Potato

Kentucky Habanero Whisky Hot Sauce Chicken, Topped with Cheddar, Served with a Garlic Butter and Cheddar Star Baked Potato, Topped with Chipotle BBQ Beans, and a Salad Garnish,


This is so simple but yet so delicious, very little effort but the outcome is delicious


Total cost £9.12, Serves 5 people at £1.82 per portion


Ingredients


5 x Large Baking Potato

5 x Chicken Breasts

2 x tins Baked Beans

1 x 250g Chedder

Parsley for Garnish

Mayonnaise for Garnish to cool the hot sauce

Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Mixed salad of your choice

Half a bottle Kentucky Habanero Whisky Hot Sauce or as much as you can handle.


Turn on the oven to 200ºC


Directions The Baked Potato


Coat the Potato in Butter with a Pastry brush, add a little Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper, wrap in tin foil and place them in the middle of the oven for around 2 hours,


Directions The Chicken


place them on a large piece of tin foil, leave plenty of foil as you want to fully seal the chicken in a parcel of foil,


Cover the Chicken liberaly with the hot sauce, Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper, close up the foil,


After the baked potatoes have been in the oven for around an hour, now it's time to place the Chicken it to the oven,


After around 45 minutes open the Chicken tin foil parcels and cover with Cheddar, leave open, Place back in the oven for around 15 minutes, Remove once the cheese has melted,


Directions The Beans


Open both tins add them to a pan, add 4 tbls of Chipotle BBQ Sauce and gently heat,


After 2 hours of total cook time remove the Baked potatoes from the oven cut them across the top into a star pattern, squeeze the bottom, add butter top with Cheddar, and the BBQ Beans, Garnish with Mayonnaise and Parsley,


Slice the Chicken Breasts Garnish with Parsley and Mayonnaise, Serve with the side salad and enjoy,
