Kentucky Habanero Whiskey Chicken & Garlic Butter Rice,


Chicken & Rice doesn't have to be Boring,


Chicken Breast Seared in Garlic Butter, a dash of Olive Oil, Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper, topped with Kentucky Habanero, Whisky Sauce,


Served with Garlic Butter white Rice with Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, and garnished with garden peas


Directions


Add 50g Rice per person to the rice cooker, and a cup full of garden peas,


While the rice is cooking,


Add Butter and a dash of Olive Oil to a pan on medium heat Sear the Chicken until golden brown, reduce the temperature add more butter if required, sea salt and cracked black pepper and one garlic clove crushed and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked,


Remove the Chicken allow to rest for a few minutes,


Once the rice is cooked add a tblsp of Garlic Butter and mix well,


Slice the Chicken place on top of a bed of rice, drizzle of Kentucky Habanero sauce and enjoy,


Delicious, packed with protein
