Italian Herb Cheddar & Sun Dried Tomato Bread,
So I'm experimenting with bread flavours again, I decided I wanted to make an Italian flavoured bread,
For absolutely no reason but to cover it in salted butter Cathedral City Strong Cheddar, Onion and enjoy it,
I can honestly say it was absolutely delicious and only cost £1 to make
Ingredients
Bread mix 800g with water
2 x tblsp dried basil
2 x tblsp dried oregano
1 x tblsp dried rosemary
2 x tblsp dried parsley
1 x tblsp dried thyme
1 x tblsp red chili flakes
1 tspn garlic powder
1 x tblsp dried Sage
2 x tblsp dried Onion
2 x tblsp Olive Oil
Everything combined with 320ml warm water,
I placed everything into my bread machine, set it for 3 hours on medium colour, my machine has a drop box for herbs, but I just add everything at the beginning and it turns out delicious,
This would be perfect toasted with a bowl of soup, the flavour and aroma are wonderful,
