Giant Skillet Yorkshire Pudding, Cooked in Salted Butter


Stuffed with Roast Pork, Roast Potato's, Roast Carrots, Sage & Onion Stuffing,


Mashed Potato & Cabbage, with side of Roast Pork Gravy.


Recipe for Giant Yorkshire Pudding


Ingredients

140g Plain Flour

200ml Whole Milk

4 x Eggs

½ tspn Sea Salt

½ tspn Cracked Black Pepper

1.5 tblsp Salted Butter

Drizzle of Olive Oil


Set your oven to 200ºC


Heat the Skillet in the oven for 10 minutes, until the butter is bubbling.


Pour in the yorkshire pudding batter, watch it rise for around 30 minutes until Golden Brown and has stopped Rising.


Remove from the oven, fill your pudding with your delicious roast dinner.


Pour over your gravy and enjoy.
