This is perfect for the kids to get involved, they can choose their own Pizza Fillings, make food time a fun time, and if they pick there own fillings they are more likely to eat everything,
You can have any combination of filling, and it's delicious,
Ingredients
1 x Puff Pastry
1 x packet Sliced or 100g Grated Mozzarella
100g Cheddar
1 x packet Pepperoni Slices
1 x jar of Garlic Passata
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 x Egg
Directions
Divide the pastry into 4 equal Rectangles,
Brush on the Garlic Passata,
Add the fillings of your choice, brush egg around the edges to seal the edges, close it together and dimple the edges with your fingers or a fork,
Trim the edge with a knife to a round Pasty shape or leave them as rectangles, brush with egg, Place on baking paper,
Bake in the oven at 180ºC until Golden Brown,
Allow to rest for a few minutes and enjoy,
The kids will absolutely love making these Pizza Pasty.
