Giant Full English Breakfast Pasty
This one really is delicious, it's a very indulgent treat and if I'm honest the taste is absolutely wonderful, it takes a Breakfast to a whole new level, it may not look much but the taste and smell when it's baking is delicious,
Total Cost £4.09 for the Bacon, Sausage, Pastry and Beans, that's just over £1 per portion and they are big portions I already had eggs and cheese in the fridge,
Ingredients
1x Puff Pasty Roll
3 x Sausage I used Honey Mustard Sausages
3 x Eggs 2 for making Scrambled and one for the egg wash,
4 x Rashes of Bacon
1 x tin of beans, I only used half the tin
2 x hash Browns, optional
50g Cheddar
Directions
Open the Puff Pastry and leave to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before you unroll it or it will crack,
Place both the Sausage and the bacon in the air fryer together for 10 mins at 200°C
Whisk the Scrambled Eggs add Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper and some Parsley,
Place in a pan with a tbsp of Butter, do not Fully cook them you want them almost done, still a little bit runny,
Warm the Baked Beans through,
Unroll the Puff Pastry cut in half, layer the ingredients into sections with 4 equal parts, Sprinkle over the Cheddar, brush the outer with egg, close it together and fork around the outside to seal it air tight, brush over the Pasty with egg sprinkle salt and pepper to the pasty,
Place in the oven at 200ºC for around 30mins or until Golden Brown,
Leave to rest for 5 mins before attempting to bite you can get 4 large portion from one giant Pasty,
It's a great treat and once you make this you will make it all the times,
