Garlic & Cheddar Baguette Slices, topped with Egg Gemelli, Garlic Passata Bolognese,


or in a Ramekin topped with Cheddar, Pop it under the grill for a few minutes until it's golden brown,


Delicious with a Side Salad and of course Chips,


So in an effort for affordable Meals this one really does pack a punch, it's absolutely delicious and serves upto 8 people,


And the total cost is £11.34 that's unbelievable for 8 people. at £1.41 per person You get enough to top all the Garlic Breads that's 18 and plenty to go in a Ramekin,


Ingredients


Minced Beef 500g x2

Garlic Passata 700g x2

Garlic Bread Baguette (two packs) 18 Slices

Cheddar 250g

Garlic Cloves x4 Minced

1tsp Mixed herbs

Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper (plenty to taste)

Salad of your choice


Directions Egg Gemelli


Boil according to packet, add salt for taste, should take around 20mins,


Directions Bolognese


Dry fry the mince until it's completely cooked and crumbles into little pieces with the herbs Minced Garlic, Salt and Pepper,


Drain any excess oil, add the Passata and bring to a gentle simmer for around 20mins, this allows the mince to be infused with the flavours from the Passata,


Once it's Cooked though place the Egg Gemelli in a single Portion Ramekin topped with the Bolognese and Cheddar, bake under the grill until golden brown,


Do the same for the Baguette top them with the Egg Gemelli and Bolognese, and Cheddar,


Place them under the grill at the same time as the ramekins, Garnish with Parsley, Serve them with a side salad of your choice, and a side of chips if required,
