Garlic Butter Herb Chicken & BBQ Chicken, Rainbow Salad, Dirty Fries with Double Smoke Nacho Cheese

Garlic Butter Herb Chicken & BBQ Chicken, with a Rainbow Salad, Stuffed Cherry Peppers with Ricotta Cheese,


Dirty Fries with Double Smoke Nacho Cheese Sauce, lashings of Chilli Beef, on top of Skins on Fries,


Directions


Garlic Butter Herb Chicken

Start by cutting a whole Chicken in half,


Garlic Herb Butter

½ cup butter - slightly softened

2 teaspoons minced garlic

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon fresh thyme - or finely chopped fresh basil


Mix well to make a compound butter


Spread over one half of the Chicken, now you will have to do this several times during cooking,


BBQ Chicken

Add 4 tblsp of your favourite BBQ Sauce, and 1 tspn of Mustard and 2 tblsp of honey to a bowl and mix well,


Brush over the second half of your Chicken, you will also have to do this several times during cooking,


Season with Sea salt and Cracked Black Pepper,


Place them both in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 1.5 hours, remember to give them another coating every 30mins or so,


Once done, serve with a Rainbow Salad,

And a side Dirty Fries with Double Smoke Nacho Cheese Sauce, lashings of Chilli Beef, on top of Skins on Fries,
