Double Stack zinger Burger topped with Smoked Bacon, Red Leicester, Mixed Salad Garlic Mayonnaise, a side of Salt and Pepper Fries and BBQ Chipotle Beans


It was a freezing cold day and I craved protein and lots of it, This hit the spot absolutely delicious and hot.


Ingredient


2 x Chicken Breasts

1 x tsp Smoked Paprika

1 x tsp Chilli Flakes

1 x tsp of pepper

1 x tsp of salt

1 x tsp Garlic Granules

2 x tblsp of Hendersons Relish

1 x tsp all spice powder

2 x tblsp of Flour

1 x Egg

1 ½ cups of Breadcrumbs

Brioche Bun

Garlic Mayonnaise I like Turkish or Tzatziki


Directions


Marinate the chicken breasts with the pepper, salt, all spice powder, Chilli, Garlic, Hendersons Relish, 2 hours in the fridge,


The Coating


mix together an egg and 2 tablespoons of milk


Place chicken breasts in flour and coat generously.


Dip them in to the egg and then in to the breadcrumbs, until well coated.


Deep fry the chicken breasts in oil on a medium heat, around 160ºC until the breasts are golden brown and crispy. And fully cooked,


Fry 2 slices of Smoked Bacon


Top with Red Leicester and air fry for a few minutes, until the Cheese is Bubbling,


Toast, the Brioche Buns, add the mixed salad, Chicken Burgers, smoked Bacon, don't forget garlic Mayonnaise,


Serve with salt and pepper Fries,
