You are Welcome Mother & Father 😘

Total cost £9.81 that's £2.45 per portion serves 4 People

Ingredients

600g Stewing Steak

2 kg Potatoes

1 pkt ready rolled Shortcrust Pastry

4 x Yorkshire Puddings

2 x knorr rich beef stock pot's

1 x tblsp Mixed herbs

1 x tblsp Garlic Granules

1 x tsp Sea Salt

1 x tsp Cracked Black Pepper

2 x tblsp Flour

1 x tblsp Olive Oil

Carrots

Cabbage

Garden Peas

Directions

Peal and chop the potatoes into small chunks,

Boil until soft, add salt and pepper to taste,

While the potatoes are cooking, add the meat to a hot frying pan, add the oil and give the beef a Caramelised coating, around 10 minutes, reduce the heat add the flour and combine until the flour has disappeared,

Add the Steak to the pressure cooker, add the two Knorr stock pot's with 1.5ltr of water salt pepper, and garlic, mix well, set it to 45mins on Casserole setting,

Drain the potatoes add salt pepper and Parsley, gently stir, not to break up the potatoes,

Layer the meat then potatoes in your little Casserole Dishes and keep repeating until you reach the top, then ladle on the gravy all the way to the top

Cover with the Pastry of your choice, I used Shortcrust, but Puff Pastry works just as well,

Glaze with plenty of egg, Sprinkle over some salt and pepper, place in the oven at 200ºC until the Pasty is Golden Brown

Serve with a Yorkshire Pudding and Seasonal Vegetables,

Happy Cooking Folk's
