Ingredients
4/6 Racks of Ribs depending on the size
8 x Chicken quarters
2.5 kg Potatoes or Ready made Chip's
1 x lettuce
1 x Red Onion
4 x Tomato
1 x Tennessy Whisky BBQ Glaze
2 x tblsp Butter
4 x Garlic Cloves Minced or Garlic Purée
Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper
Coat the Ribs and the Chicken, with the rubs and sauce, add paprika to the garlic butter for a smokey flavour if required, Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper, leave to marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours or longer if you have the time,
Place the Ribs and Chicken into two separate oven pans, slow Cooked for two hours, at 180ºC covered in foil
Uncover for the third hour, Brush on Some More Sauce, Served with Aldi Inspired Cuisine Crinkle Chips, BBQ Chipotle Beans and Obviously Side Salad,
The meat should literally be falling off the bone,
This is a great high protein meal the best place for your plain Ribs will be your local Butcher,
