Cheddar Stuffed Half Pound Cheese Burgers topped with Mixed salad Cool Mayonnaise,

This is so easy to make and delicious, it's high in protein also has mixed salad, it's a great balanced meal,
Ingredients
1 x kg Ashfield Farm 100% British 5% Fat Lean
6 x Brioche Buns
1 x tblsp Garlic Shake or 2 garlic cloves
1 x tsp of each Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper
1 x tsp Smoked Paprika
250g Cheddar
1 x tsp Mixed herbs
800g Four Seasons Salt and Pepper Fries
Tomato
Lettuce
Red Onion
Mayonnaise to taste
Directions
Add the mince the herbs, garlic, Paprika, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl,
Mix by hand until its complete blended and its almost smooth in texture,
Using a Burger press, make the first Burger patty, add a large chunk of cheese to the center, press another Burger and gently press them together, Repeat several times,
Add a splash of Olive Oil to a frying pan, cook the Burgers for 4 mins on both sides on a medium heat, turn them 4 times in total,
Once the cheese starts to ooz out the patty it should be done,
Toast the Brioche Bun, add mixing salad, a generous amount of Mayonnaise, top with the Burger add more salad to the top of the Burger and Mayonnaise,
Serve with a side of Aldi Inspired Salt and Pepper Fries/Chips and enjoy
