BUTTER CHICKEN BURRITO

Honestly this was delicious, he cooked this to perfection, the flavours were amazing, definitely try this recipe,


Ingredients (Chicken Marinade)


550g Diced Chicken Breast (500g cooked)

1x tsp Smoked Paprika,

1 x tsp Garam Masala

1 x tsp Turmeric,

1 x tsp Salt & Pepper

3 x Garlic Cloves

3 x tsp or 15g fresh Ginger

100g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt

Leave in the fridge for two hours,


Ingredients (Butter Chicken)

20g Butter

1 x tsp Garam Masala

1 x tsp Turmeric,

1 x tsp Salt & Pepper

3 x Garlic Cloves

3 x tsp or 15g fresh Ginger

1/2 Sliced Onion

400g Diced/Chopped Tomatoes

40g Greek Yoghurt

Blend leave in the fridge for two hours,


Ingredients (For The Burritos)

4 x Large Wraps/Tortilla

280g Cooked White Rice (70g in each

burrito)

Coriander to taste


Fry the chicken until fully cooked around 10 minutes, Add the butter chicken sauce and simmer for 15 minutes,


Start your Rice in the rice cooker,

Evenly Distribute Rice then Butter Chicken Into Each Wrap, roll and cook in a dry frying pan for a minute on each side,


Serviced with a mixed Salad white rice, salt & Pepper skins on Fries,


Any left over make more wraps or just top your chips,
