Big Daddy Burgers, (Half Pound Burgers)

Big Daddy Burgers, (Half Pound Burgers)

My all time favourite is a Burger, I always prefer to make my own, you can infuse wonderful flavours into a burger and allow them to Marinade in the fridge, for at least 2 hours before cooking, now you don't necessarily need a Burger press, you can just roll them into balls and flatten them in the pan for a smash Burger,

Once your Burgers are cooked cover them with two Slices of Cheese place a lid over the Burgers to melt the Cheese, the flavour and smell from the Patties is wonderful, I always season my Burgers as they are cooking on both sides, with Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper,

Served with a side of Smoked Paprika and Garlic Butter, Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Skins on Wedges, 180ºC around 45mins,

Ingredients,

1kg Lean 5% Beef Mince, 8 Burgers/10 Burgers

4 Garlic Cloves

1tsp Parsley

1tsp Basil

1tsp Thyme

1tsp Oregano

1tsp Marjoram

1tsp Chilli Flakes (Optional)

Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper,

These herbs and spices that make a good complement to beef burgers, For intensifying flavor, try using Dill Pickles, Sweet Relish, Capers, Anchovies or Chutney, plus almost any Cheese will serve a Beef Burger,

I prefer to use Gouda Cheese Sliced on a Burger, or a Strong Cheddar, Garnish with mixed Lettuce, Cherry tomatoes, Red Onion, and my favourite is a Turkish Garlic Mayonnaise, Served on a Toasted Brioche Bun,
