Beaver Town Neck Oil IPA, (Ale Pie)


Roast Beef & Lamb, Lincolnshire Sausage Carrots and Onions, Topped with Creamy Mashed Potato, and Chedder,


I'm just sharing idea's it's another version of Resurrection Pie, Total cost to make this is the price of a can of IPA,


Now this is all the meat left over from our Sunday Roast, It basically cost nothing to make, add them to a pan use some beef stock pot's, a full can of IPA, simmer for around 30 minutes until the meat is tender, it's a delicious ale flavoured pie, use either corn flour for thickening or gravy granules,


It's a great idea for left over meat and is absolutely delicious,


You can absolutely make this dish from scratch, it doesn't have to be left over meat, it's really easy to buy chunked beef, Slow cook it in IPA, Gravy/Stock until tender,


Cover with mash and Cheddar it's that simple,
