BBQ Pork Kebabs with Rainbow Salad Lashings of Parmesan, Served inside a Delicious Toasted Pitta,


This is so simple to make, you can either use the BBQ or simply use the oven, you can make this anytime of the year,


Ingredients


1 x kg diced pork

8 x Pitta

1 x tblsp Garlic Granules

Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper to taste

250g Grated Parmesan

BBQ Sauce I like the Tennessy Whisky sauce

Rainbow Salad Frisée, Beetroot, Radicchio, Carrot, Cucumber, Lambs Lettuce, Red Pepper, Sweetcorn,


Marinade

Place the diced Pork into a bowl add 100ml BBQ Sauce, 1 tblsp Garlic Granules, Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper, (Plenty)


Place in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of two hours,


Remove from the fridge add around 8 pieces per skewer, place them into a pre heated oven at 180ºC for around 20 mintues turning half way,


Using a frying pan or a pizza Stone if you are using the BBQ, place the Pitta on medium heat for 2 minutes each side, this will allow them to separate,


Stuff the Pitta with the BBQ pork, Rainbow Salad and lashings of fresh grated Parmesan, cut them in half, add Turkish Style Mayonnaise it's optional its also my favourite and enjoy,
