BBQ on a Budget any time of the year

BBQ Don't have to be Boring and you can make the most delicious BBQ on a small budget, and remember you can just make this in the oven any time of the year,

Total cost of £20 and this will feed 8 people, and let's be honest you will wow your family and friends if you make everything yourself from scratch,

In an effort for cheap but tasty food I find the Aldi Supermarkets are definitely the cheapest, just by buying simple plain flatbreads, then visit the Deli counter buy a selection of meats ready cooked to top your pizza's,

Buy fresh Mozzarella rinse it under cold water then slice it and top your pizza's, fresh Mozzarella is always better when melted,

Buy a simple jar of Garlic Passata as a base for the flatbreads, a jar of Caramelised Onion,

Cooked ham or beef from the Deli counter,

Chicken Marinade can be as little as Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, with Smoked Paprika and Garlic Granules, remember to leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to marinade,

My BBQ below, idea's for you to try,

Salt & Pepper Gyros, with Garlic Butter Glaze, And obviously Rainbow Salad, with Turkish garlic Mayonnaise, Parmesan, Wrapped in Aldi Inspired Cuisine Naan,

With a side of Chianti Beef & Caramelised Red Onion Pizza and lashings of fresh sliced Mozzarella,

Rainbow Salad with Garlic and Herb Feta and Sundried Tomato Italian Antipasti,

I do love a Feta salad especially on Kebabs,

I'm literally counting down the days for next year's BBQ season to start,

Happy Cooking Folk's
