Cooking on a Budget 

Hi my name is Gary May and i love cooking

Growing up in Derbyshire was challenging at times, coming from a mining village.

Food was home cooked piping hot and on the table every day, 
Both my mother and father cooked for me my brother and two sisters, now the food wasn't fancy, but they did the best they could with what they had.

We didn't have much coming from a mining village and had to make up for that by creating delicious meals with the most basic of ingredients. 

As a proud Derbyshire man I can honestly say my parents did a wonderful job and I want to share there simple, cheap and delicious recipes passed on to me.

Since then I've had fun creating delicious recipes with my own children, now they are grown up i want to share my ideas and recipes with you.

With the modern family budget in mind.
